New Account Application Guide

 

Thank you for your interest in being our retail partner. The following is our basic business terms & conditions for your kind consideration.

 

Overview of Business Terms

  1. We operate on a payment before delivery terms.
  2. We do not offer or extend any form of credit.
  3. Our minimum invoice per order is RM 500.
  4. Shipping is a flat rate of RM35 for Peninsula Malaysia
  5. We offer Free Shipping for Peninsula Malaysia for all invoices RM2000 & above.
  6. For East Malaysia orders , we offer a reduced discount terms for free shipping or alternatively please feel free to arrange your own shipping.

New Application Guide Instructions

 

We will need the following documents from you to begin processing your application. To prevent delays in your approval please ensure the following:

  1. Please ensure ALL documents submitted are clear and legible.
  2. Please ensure ALL documents are submitted in PDF format ONLY.
  3. Please ensure ALL documents submitted are valid.

Required Documents

 

  1. KC Distribution Sdn Bhd Account Application Form.
  2. KC Distribution Sdn Bhd Trading Terms Agreement.
  3. Valid Business Registration Documents (Please refer to bottom of this page if you do not have these documents)
  4. Photocopy of Business Directors IC (Front and Back)

Business will be required to submit as below:

    1. Certificate of Registration
    2. LLP Current Profile
  4. Private Limited Company

If you don’t have any business documents:

 

  1. Should you don’t possess any business documents please know that we will still accept and process your application.
  2. We will extend a grace period of 30 days from application approval date for you to submit your business documents.
  3. Business documents can be obtained upon successful business registration with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). You can go https://ezbiz.ssm.com.my/?0 to do an online application.

Please allow up to 2 working days of receipt of paperwork to begin processing.
